The Senior Manager of BARBRI Bar Review Supplements Go-to-Market Strategy will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading the over-arching B2C omni-channel GTM content strategy for BARBRI’s suite of Bar Exam preparation supplements, including AdaptiBar and related products. This includes demand generation, acquisition, engagement, nurture, conversion, alumni, and enrollment/revenue funnel.
Responsibilities:
Candidate will report to the Vice President of Brand and Creative Strategy and will be integrated into, get support from, and collaborate with BARBRI’s Creative Brand Team and other Centers of Excellence: Marketing Ops/Demand Transformation, Growth & Paid Media and Analytics & Insights.
This role will oversee the briefing, development, accuracy, timing, and optimization/iteration of creative assets based on best channel practices and performance tracking data insights.
The Senior Manager of BARBRI Bar Review Supplements Go-to-Market Strategy will collaborate closely and directly with internal product SMEs, sales leadership and executives as needed to gather requirements, understand new product rollouts, value propositions, features, pricing and discount strategies and customer-facing assets needed for events and sales use.
As a strategic marketing leader, candidate will gather and evaluate inputs from cross-functional leads but will – with consultation with the VP of Brand and Creative Strategy and our CMO – be empowered to ensure there is consistent brand and product messaging across channels.
- Manage the integration, updates and optimization of Bar Review Supplement pages on barbri.com.
- Monitor changes in the Bar Review Supplement segment of the industry and ongoing competitor insights in collaboration with Bar product team.
- Produce reports and presentations as needed for cross-team and leadership communications on Bar Review Supplements.
Creative strategy & assets:
- JIRA brief and ticket creation and management of stakeholder feedback
- Partner with channel owners on content, performance and revenue
- Collaborate to find areas to grow audience and revenue
- Help lead the development of organic Resource content to drive user engagement, lead volume, and SEO performance based on external partner keyword research and recommendations
- Oversee the work of Bar Review Events coordinator (to be hired) from inception through execution and recorded content management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing and CRO
- Proficiency in Martech, SEO and CMS tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve goals and drive results
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
