BARBRI seeks a motivated and skilled Marketing Paid Manager to join our team for a contract role (approx. 3-6 months) with the possibility to convert to a regular, full-time employee.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Media Planning & Reporting:
- Co-create media plans, assist in presentation material creation, and provide data-driven insights on reporting calls with segment leads and marketing teams.
- Act as the key contact for segment leads and agency partners, owning meetings and agenda for business group meetings focused on paid media.
- Lead check-ins with segment leads and media counterparts to ensure projects are moving ahead thoughtfully, maintaining high quality, and exceeding segment expectations.
- Develop and deliver media investment strategies to segments, derived from industry insights and QA reporting.
Campaign Management & Optimization:
- Assist with day-to-day optimization of paid search ad accounts across multiple BARBRI business units.
- Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly budgets, performance KPIs, and ad channel best practices.
- Implement new campaigns or update existing campaigns as needed to ensure optimal performance. This includes keyword/negative keyword management, overall budget pacing, ad copy testing and optimization, bid strategy management, ad-to-landing-page efficiency, and other performance-related aspects.
Strategy & Collaboration:
- Collaborate with segment leads to develop and refine paid media strategies, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and drive business growth.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of media plans and achieve desired outcomes.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Managing monthly budgets of >$50,000
- 5+ years of experience managing lead-generating and sales-generating ad campaigns, with strong measurable ROI.
- Background working with Google Search, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Display, YouTube Ads, Performance Max, and Google Shopping ads in tandem.
- Strong strategic mindset that will help shape the direction of current ad campaigns/goals.
- Google Analytics experience for reporting and attribution models
- Comfort level managing existing Google Shopping campaigns. Any experience working with Amazon Ads is a plus.
- Experience working with Google Ads representatives to implement emerging capabilities alongside existing best practices.
- Ability to work across multiple business units with differing goals and priorities in a standard workday/workweek.
- Understanding of direct response best practices for ad copy, landing page experience, and overall lead/sales generation.
- Comfortable working independently to optimize existing campaigns.
- Any previous experience with education or legal services verticals is a plus
